Textile Ink For Printer DTG

Textile Ink For Printer DTG

Direct to Garment (DTG) Pigment Ink

Low-grade inks on the market often cause frequent nozzle clogs, dull prints, and rapid fading after washing, costing garment printing businesses thousands of dollars in wasted shirts and damaged printheads. Our next-generation DTG (Direct-to-Garment) pigment ink combines proprietary chemical formulations with industrial-grade reliability, delivering vibrant color saturation, superior printhead protection, and retail-ready wash fastness.

🎨  High Color Density & Superior Saturation

Inferior inks often require multiple passes of white ink printing, which not only significantly drives up ink costs but also results in a stiff, non-breathable feel on the garment. Winnerjet DTG textile ink is formulated with ultra-pure, nano-scale pigment particles (<100nm) that boost color density by 30%. This high-opacity DTG white ink achieves rich, uniform coverage on dark cotton garments with just a single pass, saving up to 20% on ink consumption while maintaining a soft, breathable feel.

Superior Printhead Care & Anti-Clogging

🛡️  Superior Printhead Care & Anti-Clogging

Inferior inks prone to drying and clogging force devices to undergo frequent automatic purging cycles; this not only wastes significant amounts of ink but also accelerates the aging and damage of printheads. We recommend using DTG textile inks that feature advanced anti-drying technology to deliver superior, clog-free printing performance. This technology prevents ink from drying and hardening on the nozzle plate during idle periods, drastically reducing the need for forced cleaning cycles and extending the service life of Epson, Ricoh, and Kyocera printheads.

⚡  Ultra-Stable High-Speed Jetting Reliability

In mass production, inks with uneven particle sizes frequently cause jet deflection and ink misting; these issues not only disrupt production workflows but also directly increase factory waste costs. This DTG textile ink undergoes multi-stage precision filtration (down to 0.2 microns) to ensure exceptional particle uniformity. It delivers smooth, continuous jetting—free from droplet misalignment or deflection—making it the ideal choice for round-the-clock (24/7) industrial-grade DTG (Direct-to-Garment) production.

🧪  Advanced Polymer Binder Technology

Inks with insufficient adhesion struggle to bond with fabric fibers, leading to color loss and damage after just a few washes. We utilize a proprietary polymer binder technology that achieves Grade 4–5 dry and wet rub fastness and exceptional wash durability (compliant with ISO 105-C06 standards). The prints remain intact—showing no cracking, peeling, or fading—even after more than 50 industrial wash cycles.

FAQ - Textile Ink For Printer DTG

Which printheads are compatible with our DTG textile ink?

Our DTG inks are specifically engineered for Epson micro-piezo printheads (such as DX5, DX7, i3200-A1, 4720, etc.) and various adapted industrial DTG printers.

We utilize ultra-fine nano-dispersion technology to delay particle settling significantly. Combined with our advanced binder, it drastically reduces nozzle clog risks during overnight standbys.

Thanks to our advanced polymer binder, prints achieve a 4-5 grade in dry/wet rubbing fastness and excellent wash durability under standard 40°C laundry cycles.

For optimal wash fastness and color vibrancy on 100% cotton and dark fabrics, we recommend applying our standard DTG pre-treatment liquid before printing. For curing/heat pressing, set your heat press machine to 160°C – 170°C (320°F – 338°F) for 60 to 90 seconds with medium pressure. This ensures the advanced polymer binder fully cross-links with the fabric fibers for maximum wash durability.

Our CMYK color inks have a shelf life of 12 months, while White DTG ink has a shelf life of 6–9 months from the production date when unopened. Inks should be stored in a cool, dry place at 15°C to 25°C (59°F to 77°F), away from direct sunlight. For bulk shipments (such as 20L drums or 1L bottles), we recommend gently shaking white ink containers once a week to maintain optimal nano-particle dispersion before filling into printer tanks.
